Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through Outfront Health (“Outfront,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including:

  • At-home blood testing kits
  • In-home or event-based physical health screenings
  • Any supplements or ancillary products purchased through our platform

This Policy complements our Terms of Service and does not override legal rights under state or federal law.

2. General Guidelines

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • All purchases are considered final once a service has been provided or a kit has been shipped, subject to the terms below.

3. At-Home Blood Testing Kits

  • Defective or Damaged Kits: If your kit arrives defective, damaged, or missing contents, contact support@outfronthealth.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
  • Shipped but Unused Kits: Once a kit has been shipped to your address, refunds may be issued but are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price. This is because medical devices cannot be reused or resold once shipped.
  • Used Kits: Kits that have been opened, used, or for which samples have been sent to the lab are not eligible for refunds, except in cases where Outfront Health or our laboratory partner made an error in processing.

4. In-Home or Event-Based Screenings

  • Cancellation: Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior will receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations (<48 hours) or No-Shows: No refund will be issued.
  • Service Issues: If the screening cannot be completed due to Outfront Health’s error (e.g., staff did not arrive, equipment failure), you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

5. Supplements or Ancillary Products

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Contact support within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Opened Products: No refunds are available for opened products due to safety and hygiene considerations.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
